Which crown is for you?

CEREC Same-Day Crowns

The latest in convenient, high-tech, and aesthetic options for restoring a tooth. Using 3D imaging technology and computer design software, your finished crown can be made in our office in about an hour. Unlike other crowns, a CEREC same-day crown requires just a single visit to our office, no return appointments, no gooey impressions, and no finicky temporary crown. Same-day crowns fit perfectly and are a picture-perfect match for your natural teeth!

Porcelain Crowns

In addition to crowns, we also offer porcelain crowns custom-crafted by a trusted local dental lab. Porcelain crowns are durable and look amazing, but do require a return visit to our office for final placement and fitting. Ask your dentist which is right for you!

Insurance & Financing

Choices for Everyone

We’re in-network with many dental insurances. If you’re insured, let us know. We’ll check your benefits and discuss your expected out-of-pocket investment for your dental crown and answer any questions you may have.

In-House Savings Plan

If you don’t have dental insurance, you can still get a crown at our office. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Plus, ask us about Doyle Dental Care, our in-house dental health savings plan. It’s a great option for your whole family. In addition to preventive care benefits, it offers a 15% discount on all treatments — even crowns, root canals, and implants!

Frequently Asked Questions

Will insurance cover the cost of a dental crown?

Depending on your insurance coverage, your dental crown may be covered in part or in total. Contact us to find out what benefits are included in your plan. If you don’t have dental insurance, don’t worry. Doyle Dental Care, our in-house savings plan ($399/year for adults), can save you 15% on crowns and all other treatments!

I lost my crown, can you help?

Yes! While all crowns are very durable, they can come loose, crack, or fall off. This is most commonly the result of an accident or biting down on a piece of food or your fork. If this happens, contact us immediately. We’ll fit you in ASAP and help restore your crown, health, and comfort.

How long will a porcelain crown last?

With proper at-home care and regular exams and cleanings, your crown can last 15 years or more.

What do I do to take care of my dental crown?

Brush and floss carefully and regularly. The number #1 preventable cause of tooth loss is gum disease and you must be vigilant about avoiding gum disease.

Care for your crown the same way you would any other tooth — brushing twice a day, flossing once a day, and keeping up on your twice-a-year dental exams and cleanings.
